One man doggedly tracked it all down, and waded through reams of *paper*, and **accountancy speak** to uncover and discover where the money goes.

Each of those coloured lines can be opened and therein lies the detail. Find out how much is spend on local housing, libraries, swimming pools, etc. You can also compare your council with others, and against the national average. And a major plus for economists, statisticians, and other number cruncher lovers, is that the raw data is also available for download.
