Always Look to The Beeb

Whenever I’m delivering web content writing training, I always tell people that if they’re unsure about whether they’re doing something right – to look to the BBC and see how they do it. Time and again, BBC.co.uk stand out for their excellence – in content, in usablity, design, their intranet is renowned, and now folks here’s a beautiful example of Flash Video.
BBC really are the Carlsberg of the online universe!
