Why People Write Online Reviews
I was quite excited to see this infographic, the subject of which I intend to do my Masters Thesis on (Cyberpsychology). When I first researched the motivations behind contributing, I was really happy to see that it’s largely positive: “I want everyone to know how great that hotel receptionist was” as opposed to “bah, I hate that place, I’m never going back again!”. Given that the thesis is something I”ll be involving myself in for almost a year, I think it’s best that it’s based on positivity rather than negativity!
